爆破煤体模拟材料及配比筛选试验研究

摘要: 为了找出合适的材料及材料配比分别模拟不同实验用爆破煤体,基于对典型煤体基本性质探讨的基础上,用常见建筑材料制作八组、98块试件,分别分析了试块的孔隙率、波速、密度及应力-应变曲线与典型煤体性质的相似程度,得出了不同建筑材料对煤体性质的影响程度及规律。结果表明:用常用建筑材料能够较好的模拟不同实验用煤体,并最终确定出2种相应材料组合和配比分别模拟硬煤和中硬煤,为类似实验室模拟煤体的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Laboratory simulation blasting using simulating materials is a common means of coal blasting test. Based on the study on the physical mechanics properties of coal, the paper summarized the physical mechanics parameters of typical coal (hard coal an medium hard coal). The experiment, by employing 9 groups, 118 pieces of samples which were composed of ordinary building materials, tested the porosity, wave velocity,densityand stress-strain curve respectively after 28 days standard curing. By comparing to the typical properties of coal ,some influence factors and laws of different materials on the properties of simulation coal were summarized and two kinds of material combinations and its mixing ratio were confirmed to simulate hard coal and medium hard coal respectively. This research findings could be applied to the further study on blasting fracture mechanism and gas desorption law in coal.
